"Hotel nuovissimo in un’otttima posizione"

"Ein Hotel, das man buchen muss! Wir hatten ein Premium-Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Was wir bekamen, haute uns schier vom Hocker: Ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer in der 23. Etage des Turm 3 mit Blick auf das Ullevi-Stadion und kilometerweit von Norden bis Westen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es gab eine gutgefüllte Minibar, einen Heisswasserkocher und diverse Portionen von Kaffee, Tee. Zusätzlich fanden wir einen Eiswürfelbehälter vor, der in der 20. Etage vor den Aufzügen befüllt werden konnte....

"A ton of dust in those hard reach places. And our fresh room lacked comforters and a made bed. Nevertheless, the front desk was both prompt and apologetic to the situation. Breakfast was incredible."

The female receptionist at check-in was excellent, providing plenty of helpful local recommendations. ​The room was comfortable, and both the bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a really good selection with plenty of choice. ​A clean, efficient hotel with great service. We would certainly stay here again."
