"Checked in is anytime after three. Got there at 430. Front desk said they had one clean room but it was next to housekeeping. We decided to take it anyways. Went up and room was dirty. Towels everywhere and bed slept in.
Went back down stairs and was told we had to wait or we could go somewhere else. Terrible service."

"I do not approve of the false advertisement of rates. Your web site said a specific cost per night when I reserved the room, but I was charged MUCH MORE per night! "Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface...
