"The room was spacious, and I appreciated having 2 lounge chairs and 2 chairs at the little table so both my partner and I could have a seat! The fireplace is a special nice touch. Bed very comfortable! I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. I am not a porridge fan!"

"We had an “accessible “ room. For reasons I cannot fathom the bed was sky high. As old, disabled people it was very inconvenient to have to do a backward flip onto the bed every time we wanted to get in. The hotel should automatically provide ladders or stepping stools. The bed height is a ridiculous fashion choice."

The layout was interesting as the door to the bathroom and the hotel room were so close you could not open both at the same time with out having any room to maneuver. "My fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay in our Jacuzzi tub room! The tub is huge and the water stayed hot while filling the whole thing up. It was the perfect way to end a long day spent out at Deception Pass State park, which is less than a 15 minute drive away! At night, there are lights strung up in all the trees on the property making it feel a little magical and romantic. There are a good number of places to eat nearby too, very convenient. "Our stay was just short of a nightmare. We had prepaid for 2 nights but left after one because of the condition of the room. There was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom and on the tiles around the tub. The microwave had not been cleaned. The tv remote was stuck down in the recliner. It was sticky and nasty. The bed was lumpy. We were too exhausted to try to find somewhere else to stay but canceled our second night."

"We never got to our room, as we needed a late arrival check-in, and after filling out the paperwork, then calling and messaging the hotel repeatedly, we were never given the code to the key box containing our key. We ended up driving two hours home after midnight instead."
