"We stayed at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction from Feb 18–21 and were disappointed with the service. Housekeeping did not make our bed on the second day despite our request. On the third day, we called multiple times to have our rubbish emptied and toiletries replenished, but nothing was actioned. We were eventually told late at night to dispose of the rubbish ourselves after being given unclear directions.
Instead of resolving our requests, security knocked on our door around 11:15 PM regarding a noise complaint while we were simply sorting rubbish and settling our children. The interaction felt intimidating and unnecessary. It was frustrating that a noise complaint was handled faster than our repeated service requests.
We do want to commend Isabella, Soyam, and Mateo for being welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, aside from them, the overall stay did not reflect the standard of service we expected."
