"We chose this hotel expecting world-class standards but were deeply disappointed. The room was poorly designed for two queen beds, lacked a view, and had filthy windows. Multiple items were falling apart, the blinds were broken, and the towels provided were threadbare.Breakfast was an absolute disaster. Food choices were extremely limited, and the coffee tasted awful, suggesting the machine was broken or uncleaned. On one occasion, staff attempted to seat us in a heavily soiled area left messy...

"Such a great hotel for seeing the sights in Sydney. Couldn’t be more convenient. It is just steps away from the train from the airport which runs every 10 minutes. And the same distance to the wharfs for the views, dining, shopping and to see the harbour bridge and the opera house. Just perfect. Beautiful room with a view of the opera house. Staff was super nice and helpful. Definitely will stay here again when in Sydney."
