"Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 night. The room was disgusting, carpet filthy, lounges couldn't be sat on, walls dirty and the sliding doors lock shut. Spoke to front of house, they were dismissive a rude. Eventually they moved us to a 3 bedroom that was better. Although tables still had cup marks, carpet disgusting. What is listed in the picture is not what we received."

"We stayed for 6 nights at 2 bed and 1 bath apartment. Friendly people at reception. Very good location, many restaurants, cafe and bakeries nearby. Walking distance to shopping district, Sea Life, King Street wharf,etc. There were fitness center and pool, free to use for Skye suites guests. All good except the vallet parking fee is on the high side. "

"Our first room was on the airport and railway side so it was very loud and sleepless first night. The lady on the front desk told me during check in that they were fully booked but called the following morning and they able to moved us on a different room. First room was also dirty and one of the toilets was full of toilet paper."

"NOT 5 star! Importantly - the gym, pool and sauna are not in the hotel. You ahve to go out of the hotel, go up stairs to level 1 shops area, across to another building, catch a lift up to it. Would NOT have booked if I knew. Did not feel safe as a female travelling alone. I equally did not feel safe/private as my room shared an entry with another room. Also - basic stuff missing from kitchen. No knife/spoon/fork to eat! Would not recommend."
