"Well, first of all the staff was great. The young man at the front desk was very inviting and professional. But as for the room that we had, there was not enough lighting in the room, the only light that was bright enough for us to get dressed was in the bathroom or we had to open the curtains .couldn’t understand why there wasn’t a lamp near the table,and when we got up for breakfast the next morning, you only have one waffle maker with everyone’s standing in line for a waffle and the poor cook couldn’t keep the station going as fast enough for the hungry crowd. He was doing the best for what he had to work with.we ended up leaving going to get breakfast elsewhere"

"We were upset because I got this hotel because the hotel had an indoor pool and sauna. My kids were really looking forward to the pool and all were told is the pool is broken at the desk. There was nothing on the website or notification that it was close. So because the pool was close the sauna which I had been looking forward to was close. I could of got an better hotel for an lower rate but I chose this one because of the pool and rating. I was very disappointed."
