"Not good. I knew not to expect much but for $104 a night but I didn’t think it would also smell like sewage and vomit. Stained mattress cover hanging out of the sheet, unreal grime levels as pictured. Would not have stayed the night if I’d seen these things before getting back to the room too late to leave….not worth it. Save and go somewhere else cleaner that won’t make you feel like your skin is crawling. Also pool looks like it’s been closed for a decade. Front desk guy was nice."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms. Would recommend a stay. My only “complaint “ would be that the breakfast area closes at nine, not being an early riser 10 would be nice instead. Coffee was freely available in the lobby though."

"There was an inconsiderate person above us that would stomp at very late times or very early in the morning. They would finally stop and then would start up again as soon as you'd get back to sleep. I guess you have to request to be on the third floor."

"Upon checkin the front desk gal charged me $50 more than my Expedia reservation, when I asked why, she stated the room rates where $269 a night, I said don't you have to honor the Expedia rate, and at first she acted like no, then when I showed her the reservation, she then changed her tune and stated it was a $25 security deposit per night, that would go towards my $75 pet fee. Unbelievable. The washcloths and hand towels are hidden in a drawer that I couldn't see until we where getting...

"This hotel was the cheapest rate we found for a newer hotel. The sweetness of the deal did not last as long as living with a budget hotel. The pro’s: the staff was nice, our tv worked the first two days, we loved having the mini fridge and microwave in the room. We asked a staff member what we should see in Benton Harbor. He told us they have a Walmart and did not recommend anything else. (We enjoyed South Haven and Holland, Mi. Benton Harbor has a high crime rate.) When we needed clean sheets I...
