All contact with the staff is by phone...

I had to wait 40 min in order to get my room key... there is no lobby, all contact with the staff (not in the building) is by an internal phone.

Relaxing after a day’s tour

The room is very clean and has no unpleasant odor and we have fresh towels, drinking water and toothbrush daily. The shampoo and liquid soap dispenser is very convenient and eco-friendly. The room and corridor smell fresh and so does our soft and comfy pillows and linens. Although the place is located in a residential area the MRT and bus is conveniently located a few meters away. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet. Here, you get to feel and see and taste local, daily life.

インターホンで出入り口のナンバーを確認、その後フロントでキーカードのナンバーを確認して部屋に入ります。 全て英語でのコミュニケーションになりますが、簡単な英語なので大丈夫だと思います。 毎日水の補充、ハウスキーピングをしてくれますが、ベッドの上に私物を置いているとベッドメイクを行ってくれないので注意。 近くに夜市が2つ、飲食店コンビニも複数あるので観光に便利です。

レセプションがなく、入り口はセキュリティコードを入力するドアがあり、コールできる電話があるだけです。コールすると受付に繋がりますが、電話のみのやりとりで指示に従い、キーカードがある場所を見つけます。入り口がホテルらしからぬ一般家庭の仕様になっており、発見するのに時間がかかりました。ただ、入り口は周りの家よりも綺麗で最新型です。それを頼りに見つければよいと思います。部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。快適でした。

清潔で設備には特に問題はなかったのですが、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の話し声が丸聞こえでした。私が宿泊した日は特に騒がしい宿泊者がいた為、真夜中まで騒ぐ声が聞こえて眠れなかったです。
