スタッフの方々が、とても丁寧にご対応してくださいました。貸切風呂も、大浴場も綺麗で気持ちよかったです。またお料理については、素材の味が活かされていて、お腹いっぱいになるほど食べすぎてしまいました。 また行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

木造造りの宿の中に、小花の生花が折々に置いてあり、花の香りが廊下いっぱいに香りなんとも癒されました。お部屋にも、ささやかなお香が焚かれて迎え入れてくださった心遣いに感激でした。素材を活かした料理に、炊き立てのごはんが、最高です！wifiはありませんが、スマホを手離しゆっくりと過ごすことができました。

お風呂は趣のある雰囲気でお湯も良く、料理は九州の美味しい料理で、部屋も清潔で広かったです。宿全体の雰囲気位・設いも純和風で良いものでした。 部屋からの景色は良くないですが、夜到着して、温泉→食事→ゆっくり就寝→朝、庭からの景色を楽しむ分には、他の要素の素晴らしさがカバーしていると思いました。 また近くを訪問の際には是非泊まらせて頂きたいと思いました。

お宿は大満足でした！

宿泊に関しては何も問題なく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ただ一点だけ残念なところが。 入浴時間帯に関してですが宿泊者だけ入浴出来る時間が皆無なのは残念でした。 6:00～22:00利用可能ですがこれは立ち寄り湯としての営業時間でもあるので………。 泉質に関しては素晴らしい炭酸鉱泉でした。

房間整潔，田園景觀很好!日式早餐很好吃!因為是睡在日式床墊的關係，每晚睡覺也有專人為我們舖好床(工作人員會先問我們回來時間再安排)，連房間內的茶點也是每天更換的。不過旅館每晚十時便會上鎖，澡堂也是一樣，住客不可在十時後回到旅館，房間沒有獨立浴室，所以我們每晚也要提早回旅館洗澡，而且旅館跟市區有距離，回去也要安排好時間，令晚上行程有限制。整體大致可以，只是門禁這點較難適應。

満足でした

チェックイン時に夕食がついていないとのこと。朝食のみだと…… ネット予約当日に旅館より電話をいただいた際に、「二食付ですよね？」と確認をしたのに…ついていないと… 夕食をとても楽しみにしていただけにショックでした。 確認の行き違いだったのかもしれないが、一言、「充分な説明が出来てなくてすみません」とあると私も「記憶違いかもしれませんね、ごめんなさい」と言えたかもしれません。「夕食の取り方の話をしていないのなら、きっとそのような話はしていないはずです」とのことでした。 電話を受けた時に私もお名前の確認をしていればよかったです。 その他については申し分なく、とても素敵なお宿でした。 夕食付ではなかったため、急遽お食事処への手配など、スムーズにしていただき、待ち時間なくいただくことができました。 翌朝、朝食時に娘が虫に刺されて掻いていたところ、お味噌汁を持ってきて下さった中居さんが一度下がり、また入ってこられました。盆の上には「虫さされのかゆみ止め」がのっており、「こちらで刺されたんでしょう、すみません、こちらをお使いください」と置いていかれました。 気配り、目配り、心配りに家族一同、感動しました。 お見送りも見えなくなるまで手を振っていただき、嬉しかったです。リピーターの方が多いのも納得です。 私もぜひ、友人などにお薦めしたいお宿でした。お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

值得一去再去的溫泉

傳統日式溫泉旅館, 環境、服務、食物及溫泉都一流。地點有點偏遠, 但正符合想洗滌心靈、清幽避世的心情。附近雖然沒有商店或餐廳, 但酒店的餐廳食物質素已經十分好, 很值得一試。溫泉有桑拿、冷水池、溫水池及溫泉池, 很舒服, 很多當地人也特別去泡, 可見水準不俗, 而且真的很舒服。留意酒店只有二層, 沒有電梯, 故建議不要帶大型行李前往。

高いホスピタリティとしつらえ。隠れ里のよさ

しつらえは素晴らしい。家具調度類，生け花，庭など。もちろん清潔感あふれていました。スタッフの対応もベストの類でした。また，不便とはいえ，高千穂峰の見える景観や静けさもかなりの高得点かと思います。残念なのは，鉱泉のせいで，少し入浴時間が限定されることと，宴会が入っていたせいで，ディナーを楽しめなかった点です。

Great onsen hotel, but each room doesn't have it own bath in which everyone needs to use the public one. The public bath is closed at 10pm everyday and customers who check in late need to be aware of it.

정말 일본정통 료칸 아늑하고 한적했으며 분위기 좋고 위생 서비스 좋은 그런 료칸

산속 이라 조용하고 정말 아늑하고 조용한곳 좋아하시는분만 추천 모든 서비스는 좋았고 아늑했으며 시골에 와있는 느낌을 받음 안에 음식은 맛있었고 레스토랑이 있어 저녁을 때울수있음 단 거의 모든 관광지와 렌트카 기준 1시간 이동 과 동시에 산속길이라 늦은 시간 운전중 동물과 조우할수 있으며 안개가 많이 낀 날이면 굉장히 위험함 아참 온천은 최고 였음 다연 북큐슈 남큐슈 다녀봤지만 정말 좋았네요~
