Room was spacious and had a lovely view over Takamatsu. The staff were excellent and very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. Also the Japanese breakfast was fabulous (well worth the extra cost)

Staff greets you. The room was very spacious!! Concierge was able to speak English so was able to assist with checking and check out too. They provide luggage service as well. The form is already in your room to fill out!!

The rooms were enormous by Japanese standards and facilities supplied were excellent. The beds were comfortable and Takamatsu was a lovely visit - i think Takamatsu is under-rated.

The hotel is nice and clean but you need to take a public lift to the 8/f of the hotel. That public lift was hot and uncomfortable.
