"Our family had an amazing stay at Citadines Osaka Namba, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Osaka subway system and countless excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A very special thank you to Hoang, who went above and beyond during both our check-in and check-out. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect for our family, and her warmth left a lasting impression. We would also like to give a special shout out to the beverage manager at the bar in the lobby. He often greeted us with friendly service and exceptional quality of drinks (my favorite was matcha soymilk latte)!
Traveling with a child, we especially loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids' playroom was a huge hit, and the guest lounge was such a thoughtful space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Having 24/7 complimentary coffee, water refill stations, and a comfortable place to relax was a wonderful bonus that we appreciated every day.
