"When we first came in the hotel the staff were extremely nice and welcoming , the rooms were absolutely beautiful and fancy . The bed sheets were clean, the toilet the beds the shower was all clean . They provided us towels , soap , a working AC and they also provided us coffee , tea , sugar all for free . They also provided free WiFi which had great connection. I believe everyone should come to this hotel if they visit Istanbul due to its perfect service . I would 100% come to this hotel again...

"Very small basic room supposed to be deluxe room. Not at all as shown in the photos. No welcome drinks Very smelly bathroom. No nice toiletries. The water leaked on the floor after shower. So puddle all the time The room was so cold. We were told this is the best theycould do Located in a small narrow road where it can be over looked by the people across the road. Lots of little tourists restaurants with extremely loud live music. Couldn't sleep at all. Very very dark. There was only half...
