The room was “dank” and the pillows are so giant we woke up with terribly stiff necks. It was clean and the staff was very nice. I want to be fair in a review. It’s fine, if I had to stay again, I could (with my own pillow) but I would not choose this as a first choice.

Staff was friendly, hotel is not huge, but fine for a short stay. Rooms were very clean. Be mindful it does sit off a main road and you can hear traffic even on the seventh floor at night. But let’s be honest the location just minutes from FSU amazing.

had a wonderful stay at Four Points! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it looked like the bathrooms had just been remodeled—they felt brand new and were spotless. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection and was a perfect way to start the day. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. Clean rooms, comfortable accommodations, great service, and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel was very clean. Very nice. The staff was wonderful. The only complaint that we would have about this hotel is it advertises a outdoor by the pool bar but while we were there over the 4th of July weekend it was not open. Neither was the promised coffee shop and the prices in the restaurant were a little bit higher than what we had expected. But the quality of food was very nice. Overall great stay and we would stay here again.
