I had a great stay in Munkenhof. The room was very clean and cozy, looks like it was freshly renovated. Check in was very fast and convenient, staff was super helpful. I liked the keyless system, they give you a code foe the doors and that's all you need. There was a kitchen which i didn't use but it looked really nice.

This is a very nice guesthouse. I had a Twin room which was very clean, seems it has been lately renovated. Location is superb, you are in the middle of Old Town. I didn't use it but there is a kitchen with everything you need. I would definitely recommend this place!

We booked a room for 4. At the check-in we found out there was a room for 2. Small room, no space to put extra beds (if they had any). And no more rooms available. Had to move to another place. Spent app 1 hour of short visit to Tallinn.

Good location, large comfortable rooms with clean towels and blankets. Beds are not the best but room is okay. There is unpleasant food smell when you enter to the building, kitchen must be ventilated. Bathrooms are not clean, need more attention.

Es un alojamiento sencillo, acorde al precio. Muy limpio y con una fantástica ubicación. Recomendable. No tiene recepción 24 horas, pero hay un teléfono de contacto al que llame un sábado noche (a mi llegada) y me ayudaron con el código de mi habitación sin problemas.

Hello David and thank you for your feedback although you did not stay at our guesthouse. You made a booking with a credit card that was reported stolen. We tried to contact you over the phone but the phone number you provided was fake and therefore we could not reach you. After numerous attempt to contact you without an answer we cancelled your reservation. As you are well aware we found you an alternative accommodation in another guesthouse.

Watch out.Photos don't match reality by any means.
Well I did also mention about this to the host, Its old building and there's no lift which is kind of understandable. But the photo shows is very very misleading, ti shows you a huge window and bright room, but in reality the we got had a very small window and the height of the room was also very less. Only good thing was the service guy who gave us electric room heater on time when we asked for, otherwise it was nothing like that the way it is shown in the images.

良かった点は、長旅だったため宿で洗濯をした際乾燥機が使えたところ、旧市街の中に立地しているため観光に便利でかつ雰囲気が良いところ。 悪かった点は、宿の周りは石畳が多いためスーツケースの移動に神経を使ったところ。

This hotel is a bait and switch. The photos look nothing like the rooms. The proprietor was unkind and charged me two nights when I refused to stay, in spite of the cancellation policy.

Convenient Location & Comfortable Room
This hostel is located in the old town area and close to a tram station from the airport and bus terminal. The room was clean and quiet. The check-in procedure was prompt. I am very satisfied.

Loud banging doors
The wooden doors bang very loudly. There is not noise insulating material which results everyone hearing you leaving and especially you hearing others. There was a camera missing from the kitchen. Somebody stole my drinks from the refrigerator. The staff first said these never happen. After requesting could they look cameras if someone would be stupid enough roaming the drinks in my bag to reception area. After third request it seemed they actually did have a look. Then they said these things happen in hostels... I recommend to install the camera.... Beds are comfortable and shower is ok quality. Takes 5 minutes to heat up. Ventilation is mediocre, location of hostel good.

The location was relatively good in a pretty street in the old town. However the hostel was dirty (thick dust and hair on ledges and floor, mouldy showers) and tatty (holes in bedding and mattress, generally knocked about).
