Friendly reception staff, nice room always warm and cosy. Liked the use of the kitchen to make hot drinks and the Xmas tree was really nice too. Easy to access the hotel which was in a great location in the old town in a quiet street.

The hotel is adorable. Rooms are great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is awesome. There is so much nearby. My only wish is that the bed was a bit worn in and not 5 star but was definitely serviceable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location a bit of walk to the center. Our rooms were charming as is the pension and we were welcomed at the front desk by Maria who was very lovely. Breakfast was not very enticing but even with that, I would return here again when in Estonia.

A gorgeous, quaint hotel perfectly located in Tallinn. The receptionist was so helpful and recommended a walking tour that we would have missed otherwise. The terrace was a real bonus also. A great stay - would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff and location

Amazing staff, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is also great, very close to the old town and all important areas. Overall condition of the hotel is good a bit on the old side but good.

I had a very nice weeklong stay in a great location in the old city. I was here on business but the room itself was quite beautiful and could have easily made for a romantic getaway. The hotel staff was warm and friendly, and the location in the old town is great and I could walk everywhere. I would definitely come back here!
