The property was large, spacious, and generally clean, so overall our stay was not unpleasant. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. We tried contacting reception on multiple occasions but were never able to get through, and the reception desk closes at 5pm, which further limited support when needed. As we had activities planned during the day, visiting reception in person was not always practical, making the lack of phone support particularly frustrating.
The swimming pool was advertised as being available 24 hours a day, but access still required booking through reception. Unfortunately, it appeared to be fully booked throughout our stay, so we were unable to use it at all.
There were also some cleanliness concerns that need attention. We found moldy bread in the kitchen upon arrival, fake eyelashes in the jacuzzi, and several towels that were stained. While the property has many positive features, addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
