"I think this could be a great property. Just give some better furniture, make sure lighting and switches work, clean rooms daily, improve breakfast a lot, add better signage for first arrival, fix boom noise in ramp at main level as you hear that at night. We thought with a few improvements and a much better breakfast, that the value could equal the service and that would confirm the price. As is, it was a little expense and my back is a little sore from the mattress. These are easy fixes....

" Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Very comfortable bed and handy for city centre. Only problem for us was the noise from the club next door which, even with earplugs, was extremely loud and disturbed our night’s sleep. Thumping base until the early hours of Sunday morning and other noises throughout the property (no sound proofing) meant we were not as refreshed as we would have liked…. especially before going to watch the marathon. "
