"We showed up late; we were a mess when we got there. The food was exceptional; everyone was unbelievably kind. If all of the people that work there aren't one family, then I'm shocked because they all acted as if they were one. They just helped us: - check in - sit down - have a great time - have a fantastic dinner - get to bed on time I don't know how many times I was offered a water or an extra blanket or an extra drink or anything that I wanted. "Staff was super nice. Great breakfast. Late check in worked great and they were very attentive. Basically walk fifty meters and you are on the ski slope. Would stay here again!"

"Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious in beautiful surroundings. There are a few free parking spots also just outside the hotel which is a plus if you are coming by car. The only improvement that I can think of is the breakfast. I feel there can be a bit more options for the breakfast."
