"Rooms are much larger than almost all the hotels we've stayed in Padang city in the same price range. The hotel building is really large and bright.The breakfast selection is good overall. Location is strategic to the places we frequent including the waterfront, Transmart, etc. The downside is the pillows and linens like towels are pathetically old. They should have been replaced years ago. The key cards did not work with the lifts so caused lots of downtime till the hotel decided to disable...

"The hotel not good, noisy people can smoke in the hotel lobby, along corridor and rooms. The breakfast very poor, with no choise, only fry mee. Location not good too. Far from place of interest. This was not a good trip we experience. "

"Disgusting! Room was filthy. Sign said non-smoking but walls, vents and air-conditioner coated in nicotine. Smell of cigarettes overpowering and made us feel sick. Dirty bed linen. Dust very thick. Faeces on toilet seat. Bathroom door rotten and filthy. Told there was no hot water and tv broken after arrival. No toilet paper, soap. No wifi working. They had to remove dirty dishes out of our room. Wallpaper ripped off wall. We stayed one night and left for a better hotel. Complained to staff...
