"1 bed mattress was broke down on 1 side. Pillows were flat and hard. No ice machine available. The staff was very friendly. You could hear loud sounds from room above us."

This is not the standard expected in a Hampton Inn hotel. They should never have run out of utensils and why do they use plastic utensils rather than China/proper cutlery. This was not acceptable. "
