"Staff maravilhoso! Um dos melhores q conheço! Uma educação fora do normal! Sempre dispostos a ajudar! Claro q em um complexo tão grande pode haver um ou outro desencontro! Mas tivemos ótimos momentos! Com certeza recomendo! Já fiquei em hotéis de valores acima em Goiânia mas q não entregavam tanta cordialidade! Acho q tudo é uma troca! Vejo tanta ignorância com besteiras de hóspedes q fico estupefato! Se estiverem indo a Goiânia considerem esse hotel! No mesmo complexo está o Gra Bistrô no último andar! Não deixe de reservar e ir!"

"I would like to kindly suggest an improvement in the housekeeping service. During the room cleaning, the floor was not cleaned, and only the trash was removed and the beds were made. A more thorough cleaning would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much."

"No decent parking; only option is underground without an elevator to the lobby, problem starts there having to walk with luggage through car access ramp, not safe. Receptionist at check in was rude, she was full of attitude. Rooms are not clean, bathroom is minuscule. Toilet clogged and not fixed after 2 days complaining. Towels and bedding not replaced even after asked. Smelly towels, as well as pillows. Housekeeping, when they came, did not clean shower floor. Hotel does not give confidence that it is a clean place. Only exception to a really bad experience was the receptionist in the last day; Eduardo was helpful with a last minute issue we had. His good willing was not enough though, we’ll never stay there again."
