"As a repeat client!!! My husband and I stayed here for one night. Horrible experience, every staff member we spoke to was very rude and dismissive. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work ( no big deal ) we go downstairs to get ice and the worker says “don’t come back down here, use the stairs and go get ice on another floor!” Ummm excuse me? I’m paying over $400 total for this stay and I can’t come get ice downstairs? They charged us multiple times when only one item was purchased. The check out staff was just as rude as check in. We asked a simple question about the charges and she said “I don’t know go ask your bank.” No shampoo or conditioner, towels were dirty as well as the shower. Do not recommend staying here. It’s not worth being made to feel like a piece of trash!!! "

"Shops connected to hotel. Mattress very comfortable. Didn't feel like anything special but I slept very well. Buffet was good ($$). Staff was lovely. Didn't realize Polaris (rotating restaurant) was closed on Sundays. Would stop in on my next visit to Atlanta. I believe reservations are needed."

"The hotel is very nice. There is a fee for self parking and valet parking so be prepared, but other than that there is nothing to complain about. "
