"The Claridges staff despite being under a lot of pressure this week because of the AI Summit very busy time in Delhi kept the smile and the great welcome. I didn’t get her name but the Asian girl at the reception was very helpful, Yogesh the chauffeur was amazing and very helpful in all my transportation needs and the room was always well maintained by Arvinder! I recommend this classy and very well styled hotel. All the staff was very helpful and courteous. "

"It was ok for a stay for few hrs to be honest, dont expect to get a 4 stars above treatment. Staff was helpful, they came to pick our luggage up even at 3:00 am in the morning outside the hotel, which was very good. Room was ok, basic - nothing fancy. Good for staying for few hrs. Morning breakfast was good i would say, it was lovely to have that after a long flight. Outer appearance is kinda run down but overall the stay was satisfactory for few hrs. "
