"Clean hotel. Nice staff"

"The worst part of our stay happened between 3:30 and 5am. I woke up to loud yelling outside our room & after waiting for it to stop, looked out around 4am. A clearly intoxicated woman was sitting in the hallway, loudly talking with an employee who was hanging out in a "Team Members Only" room. She continued yelling for another hour after seeing me look out the door. Because she appeared to know the staff, I honestly didn't feel comfortable calling the front desk and was genuinely concerned for...

"Parking good! Close to the door! Used the furnace, not Air conditioning! Heat worked good! Floor was very dirty! Staff was friendly and helpful! Bed was very comfortable! "

"It was super clean, the staff was abundantly friendly, breakfast and other amenities were on point!"

"When checking in the front desk person was having a hard time and ended up charging my card 3 times. This was an inconvenience since I didn’t check it until the next day. Because of this I have over a thousand dollars pending on my account!!! Also the morning cleaning crew were very loud in the morning yelling to each other. Woke me up."

"The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations."

"The staff was great. We stayed I believe the lower but newer side. Room was really nice and bed very comfortable. The bathroom is a little tight and could use a face lift. The location was awesome to downtown area."

"The staff were incredible as always, loved having dory as our waitress, and the bartenders for the patio were very welcoming and made our time outside enjoyable. Having the nauti-cat on site was also the highlight of my trip, Quinton and Shane were so much fun to take a sunset catamaran cruise with, would 100% do it again, we love staying at the Delamar."

"Hotel was nice, and the location was convenient for walking downtown and gtting in and out using the valet. Mattress was not very firm but comfortable. Calling ahead to get your car out of valet made traveling in and out easier, and we never had to wait for our car. Room was clean, and quiet. Easy to get some rest. Rooftop bar was nice, but more for the newly 21 crowd on Friday and Saturday night. Great beverages though."
