"We booked a “Classic Room” which very clearly on both the site and my booking confirmation was to have a King bed which it did not. I spoke with Virginia at the front desk who said they only had one Classic Room and that I was in it the fact that it did not have a King bed was beyond her control. Sorry. Also we were unaware that there would not be access to the property prior to check in time to be able to leave our luggage. At check in we were given keys to get in after hours but were not...
