"This was an excellent option for our family! With a 4 and a 2 year old, it can be hard to stay in hotels, but the staff made sure that our room would be comfortable for our needs! We stayed on a Monday night, so it was pretty quiet. The kids were able to enjoy the pool, the hot tub was great for us after a day of hiking, the on-site bar and restaurant was nice to have access to after being around town, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning had something for everyone! Huge bonus: when we discovered, after getting home, that we had left an important item in our room, the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. They found it, and were even willing to ship it to us. Super great location, comfortable beds, rooms with balconies, and awesome staff! Thank you for a great stay!"

"The staff were very kind and friendly. We observed them interacting with guests during check-in and they were always very professional. They do charge above average (in my experience) to have a pet stay with you, but no designated dog area. It was a good breakfast and my family wished the pool was open a little later due to our late arrival. There were no hotel rooms next to the pool so it seems like they should have been able to be open a little later (in my opinion)."
