"Only 1 key available. For a property advertising for up to 10 people, very awkward. On 29th floor. Need key card to use lift. So difficult. 6 of us we always needed a plan to arrange who had key, as we were out doing different things. Key box was broken so couldnt leave key there. Advertised for 10. But only 4 cups 4 chairs. Yes enough beds but not enough facilities."

Despite having submitted all required information and paid the deposit in advance, check-in was confusing, and supervisors were completely unaware of our payment. "I booked a studio (internal room and bathroom) initially which was too small for all my luggage and I needed the external view, so upgraded to a Studio apartment. The apartment was very clean, light and well equipped. Everything I needed for an 8 night solo stay. Spectacular view over the city and well placed for travel. "Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated. Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise. Thank you for having us. "
