Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and eager to help. A special mention goes to Chris at the bar, whose attentive, friendly service was outstanding. He remembered guests, took the time to chat, and made everyone feel valued without ever seeming rushed. Including involving my son in games and fist bumps! Beautiful lodges can be found all over the world, but it's the staff who create unforgettable memories. Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has clearly built an exceptional team, and they're the reason we'd both return without hesitation. Highlight of our 4 weeks in SW Africa."

The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one I would happily recommend to others. A very special shout-out to Marzi, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Her attitude and level of service really stood out to me. Honestly, Marzi is the best of the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is a real asset to Waterfalls Lodge and deserves to be recognised and appreciated for the excellent service. "The location is perfect. We seen elephants, striped mongoose, and wart hogs on the property. Baboons across the street. Located next to shopping and a few restaurants.
