"Free shuttle to and from the fall. Beautiful landscape and swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. I saw monkeys and birds from my patio. A small refrigerator, insect repellent, canopy mosquito nets for bed are provided in the room. There is guard at gate. Felt safe and relax. Highly recommend."

"Lovely clean and spacious room, but not possible to use the pool due to a big conference going on, and a very inconvenient breakfast setup. One option (buffet), one price ($30pp), so massively expensive for the quick bite we needed each day before early starts on tours. It would be $90 per breakfast for me and my 2 kids, even if we just wanted a quick juice and a pastry. We had to skip breakfast most days, which would be very difficult with a younger family. For comparison, in the town we spent around $45 per night on restaurant dinners for 3 (including drinks), so this is really a huge price for breakfast, with no option to just grab something small."

"We loved our stay in Victoria Falls and it was made all the more wonderful because of the lovely staff at N1. The room was big with loads of room to spread out and the balcony was a nice bonus. Central and easy to walk to some really nice places. Walking distance to Victoria Falls Hotel, the Elephant Walk markets, restaurants, pubs and cafes. We would definitely stay again."

"Great stay at a beautifully landscaped and well kept boutique resort lodge. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the infinity pool and helpful friendly staff. We purchased the half board plan and found the food to be very good quality and beautifully presented. One small area for potential improvement is the continental breakfast options. However, the hot breakfast menu was filled with tasty items. The sunset cruise on the Zambezi River is not to be missed. My husband and I would definitely return to Insika."

"Loved our stay. Extremely comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. The grounds are lovely and breakfast was delicious. We had one dinner on property and while the service was amazing, the food below average. We did however have an excellent lunch at the Lookout Cafe. The property is lovely and we absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay!"

"Great location and great staff. Walking distance to the Falls. Saw a baby elephant and hippos grazing on the property. Could be challenging if you just want to hang out around the property and have peace and quiet. The constant buzzing of helicopters above from the tours is ever present during the daytime hours. If you are fine with that, you should be okay."
