Great location....outside of the bustling town of Tam Coc, and so it is very quiet and peaceful, and yet just a short walk to town for dining and shopping. Our bungalow was large and comfortable. "I had a great stay. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Rooftop infinity pool was perfect, and was a bonus to have all to myself, great view of the mountains and some rice fields blowing in the wind. My room also had a great view of the mountains, large windows even in the bathroom. Great location just outside of town (5 minute grab ride to town) yet very close to some attractions, was a very nice break from the chaos. Wish I stayed longer, but i just used it as a stop...

"There was actually a mixup with my booking and I did not stay at this homestay. I was contacted after I made the booking to explain that there had been an overbooking and I was offered to stay at the family’s other homestead just down the road. The Sam Home was a very new and beautiful property. I enjoyed my own bungalow and had a choice of breakfast beside the beautiful pool. "Enjoyed a rustic stay - the surroundings are beautiful and feels remote however is a short ride to all conveniences. The staff were very friendly and helped me with booking transportation from Hanoi as well as assisted with booking the overnight train. "
