Note negative: essendo al piano terra abbiamo accusato parecchi rumori (passi/schiamazzi) provenienti dalla camera superiore in quanto il pavimento era in legno e privo di isolamento acustico. Inoltre, abbiamo dovuto rimuovere ben tre cimici. Sicuramente in assenza di tutti questi imprevisti, sarebbe stato un soggiorno...

However, I found that the rooms were not well soundproofed. During the night, I could clearly hear a couple in the room above arguing, as well as the guests next door every time they used the bathroom, which made it difficult to rest. "Villa Riviera was absolutely beautiful. Every room and suite is unique. The team is very attentive to their guests. We had a wonderful stay. We only had one dissapointment.....For those driving please be aware. The roads up to Villa Riviera are very narrow and difficult for two vehicles on the same road. All in all, the property is a dream. This is definitely the place for peace and serenity."

"Really amazing setting in historic Sestri Levante. This is a gem with a very Italian clientele and it should be respected as such. The location including both a private beach and a really nice, large swimming pool was perfect. Also a highlight was proximity (<10 min walking) to the ferry/traghetto landing to board for San Fruttuoso and Portofino. Breakfast was top notch and the parking lot made for a simple in and out for our brief one night stay. Wish we would've stayed at least two days!...

"Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"Dieses Hotel ist schon lange kein 5 Sterne Hotel mehr - alles ist sehr renovierungsbedürfrig - vor allem die Badezimmer sind Standard der 80iger Jahre (siehe Bildet) und gesamte Einrichtung ist eine Mischung aus Antik und Trödel. Die Technik ist ebenfalls aus den 80iger Jahren. Das Frühstück hat ebenfalls eher den Standard eines 3 Sterne Hotels. Die sehr einfachen Liegen am Strand sind morgens von den „schnellen“ Gästen für den ganzen Tag „reserviert“ - es gibt strikt ein Handtuch pro Gast....
