"Staff were very nice and made us feel important and welcome every day. They answered our questions and made excellent suggestions for our travel plans. The hotel room itself was the basic one. We would have liked to have a fridge but although that was not available, staff were able to accommodate our needs. The fan and A/C worked great. Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was a good size but not that comfortable of mattress. Pool had warm water with ample seating and shade options...

A little bit farther from the Malecon than we expected but lots of places within walking distance (we chose to Uber at times because it's Hot for us). Silvana the owner was so kind and helpful, lives right on site. She was very in tune with asking if we needed anything but at the same time respecting privacy. She actually gave us a ride to the bus station when we couldn't get an Uber. She was very knowledgeable about places to go,...
