"Hotel was nice enough but extremely hard to get to. It is the rainy season in Uganda and the dirt roads were tough. Also to get to the hotel you have to climb a lot of stairs so not for anyone who has mobility issues. Final note they had removed all mosquito nets we think a bit prematurely "

"This is an old building, unkempt without any fencing around the building at the end of a gravel road. You enter the property from the rear side which is having peeling paint. No reception as such. It is a small cashier counter for a small canteen on the ground floor. Along the front facade is old moss covered concrete slabs covering a drain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, decorated in a luxurious African style. We spent our days relaxing by the pool and our evenings at the fireplace. The food was very good, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. "Good size cottage, beautiful view and relaxing stay overall. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Hot water available. What we didnt like was that the food was bit hit and miss- we ordered same dinner on both nights and the first night the dinner was excellent but on the second night it was made totally different and not eatable. Also there was an ongoing construction noise which was a little bit annoying. "
