"I loved the place and I was traveling by myself and everyone was helpful. When I was checking in I forgot my drivers license in my car so I had to go back to valet but the girl that was doing everything was so kind and patient with me. When I finally get settled my debit card didn’t work so she was patient enough to let me call my bank to see what was wrong with it. When that was accomplished I paid for my room. I was so frustrated that she called someone to help me with my luggage. I forgot to mention her name was Briana. If she could have accepted my tip I would have given her a lot of money. She was the most kindest person at Margaritaville. I can’t say enough on how they have great customer service."
