"Loved the family dance party. Had fun at the magic wand store. Room was really nice. Parking convenient. Felt the pool towel tracking was a bit unnecessary. Didn’t like the online ordering process for Dunkin’ Donuts."

"Staff upon arriving( arrived late about 845pm) Staff inform us food over 9pm.She tried to make sure we could order, but we declined due to not getting settled in our room.Explained codes and gave us folder with code numbers. Explained the grounds well. The hotel was very well kept, beds clean walls clean, So many options to enjoy the hotel with gym, patios, firepits, etc.All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Gave us some history of the "Resort"."

"Room was clean. Staff extremely nice. Conveniently located near Cedar Point. Refrigerator was broken but they held our items at the front desk and gave us a discount. Second time staying. Will stay again."

"We did not know that this place was recently renovated and they did a fabulous job - it's beautiful. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the amenities but we were able to go to both dinner and breakfast. The service at dinner was excellent - however the food came out less than warm. We sent it back and when it was returned the meat entree was hot but the vegetables were not. Although tasty - its seems you should be able to plate a completely hot meal. The food at breakfast was very good (except the eggs; eggs at a hotel are always awful), but the dining room was poorly understaffed for a Sunday morning. I understand people call in sick or don't show up but these poor women were running their tails off. They did it all graciously but we felt bad for them. They could really use another hand or two at breakfast."
