"Nice hotel, front desk wasn’t as friendly as reviews indicated they would be. Cookies in lobby which was great and breakfast was standard free breakfast. Great location right across the street from the Buffalo Cattle Company and old western town."

"Supposed to be no smoking but found cigarette butts in our room. Dead insect smeared across part of the ceiling. Room smelled funky. They’d only give us one key. Nobody in office at 8:10am when we wanted to leave."

"Clean sheets and comfortable beds. This is a no frills, run down motel that is a good place to book if all you pan on doing is sleeping and showering there and not spending much time there for anything else. Wall air conditioners make it smell like a 70s single wide trailer."

"There was no elevator; this was not mentioned anywhere until we got there. It was impossible to get heavy suitcases and cooler to the second floor. Also no ice in the ice machine. It would have been OK value at half the price but at what we paid was very dissapponting."

"Nice place in a good location in downtown Cody. The sister restaurant and lounge located next-door is friendly and convenient. Don’t remember what I ate, but I’m sure it was good. The best parts were the unexpected extras. I won’t give it away, but exceeding expectations is rare these days. I would stay there again."

"The entire experience was excellent. We were grateful that the property was as good as advertised. It was also in a convenient area of town. If we ever return from our home in the east, that is where we will stay."

"We requested additional tissues and toilet paper. It took 2 days and it was delivered by tossing it on the floor at our door. No one bothered to come in and leave it on the counter. The small fridge had an odor. Additional pillows took 2 days delivery for the friends we traveled with. Calling the front desk for assistance is useless as they do not answer. Staff is polite however very slow. We were charged $279 a night which is incorrect and we are trying to resolve."
