"This hotel is being “renovated.” Most of the windows are broken or missing. Phone, internet, and TV was “not currently” working. Why wouldn’t Expedia know this before I reserved and prepaid for 3 rooms??"

"We got there about 1:30, and stopped at the front desk for possible early check in. There were rooms ready, but we were told there would be a $28 early check-in fee, so we opted to wait. Really stupid for a casino hotel. We were not offered a discount for checking out early the next morning. We won’t be back."
