"It was very comfortable"

"While clean, we noticed water on the floor from the fridge. Staff was v friendly and gave directions. Breakfast was very good. The Expedia room we were put in was right next to the entrance lobby. That provided two+ opportunities for excess noise: late arrivals and early risers. Staff had a tendency to shout clarifying orders right outtside our room. The fridge was also noisy. First impressions are everything. I wish ours had been better."

"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 4 years. It's a clean, well maintained, comfortable facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't know why but the LL area always smells like dirty, wet socks. Not sure why but would love to see that improved."

"I stay here every time I come to Albany because the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s the little things- moving things around to put my rooms together even though I forgot to ask ahead of time, keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean, putting a luggage cart outside of my room for my early flight. Sure, things are a little old and could use a renovation, but it’s clean and the property is well cared for. ****The hot tub has been out of service all Spring 2026."

"Rooms do not have coffee makers, the free breakfast is devoid of protein, and the fitness center out of order. That said, the rooms are adequate if you are out and about all day needing only a place to shower and sleep, the hotel is in a convenient location, at moderate cost."

"Room was cleaned daily. Staff was friendly and talkative. AC\Heat work fine. Shampoo, conditioner and soap pump in the shower. Breakfast consisted of home made waffles, eggs, potatoes, 3 cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, bagels, bread good sort of condiments. Breakfast hours: 6-9 M-F. 7-10 S-S. Landscape and parameter could use some TLC for cleaning. Nice small pool. Exercise equipment. Small food choices if you need a quick snack. I would stay here again. Quite area. Only...

"The pictures are deceiving. The non-smoking room I reserved smelled as though someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. I was moved to another room, but although it appeared somewhat clean, the linens had an unpleasant odor as well. Overall, the property is dirty and poorly maintained — more like a roadside motel than what was advertised. I would not stay here again."
