"Okay long story short.. I been going to Carrabelle for about 5 years now. Going at least 10 times out the year. Well I just took my gf and dog for a couple days there. Listen Carefully.. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE- I’ve ever had with this hotel because someone new is owning it. We left from GA around 4:00 arrived at 8:30 pm. Upon arrival, the front desk door was locked which is unacceptable for a hotel that should have someone there 24/7. On top of that we called for over 1 hour straight and...

"Although the property is old, it is well-maintained. The room had a slight musty odor when we opened the door , but after running the A/C for an hour or so, the odor was pretty much gone. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful..very accommodating and helpful."
