"While the staff was somewhat helpful, the amenities did not function, the sheets were dirty, and the room smelled like cigarettes and body odor."

"My room was handicap accessible, which was not something I asked for, and there was nowhere to put any toiletries in the shower, no shelves of any kind. There was also no soap provided, no hand soap or bath soap. There was also mildew along the edge of the shower, where water probably sat and never was mopped up."

"For how nice everything else is at this hotel. The breakfast was the worst one I’ve ever had. There was never enough food and they prepared everything in such small sizes. However it was pleasant and everything was clean and the staff were phenomenal."

"As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Gina was by far the sweetest young lady. She explained everything to me and showed me where the elevators were at as well as making sure I was comfortable. The room was all that and more! The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! I would definitely be back here when I visit my best friend again! 10 Stars if I could rate it that high!"

"My room was gross, old banana peel on the floor, appeared to be fieaces on the wall , soda all over front door back and front. Walls black from ventilation vents. All walls so dirty , furniture was like it belonged in a motel 6 . This is the worst embassy I have ever stayed at !!!! I travel alot and hope they can improve from this review . I will never stay here again , staff were nice but the property or rooms are gross!!! Even the breakfast was disgusting"

"Things were generally clean but room showed some aging. Toilet flushing wasn't the greatest but we made it work. Sink handle seemed like it could use some lubrication. Hotel generally ok."
