"Jacuzzi room was clean and quiet"

"The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again."

"New hotel. Great location off the highway and across the street from Tops and Wegmans. Easy access to Buffalo and 15 minutes to airport. Beds squeaked and pillows were awful, but overall very clean and safe."

"The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and was convenient. The staff were polite and helpful when needed. It was a fine place to stay for a short trip."

"Lightning was horrible. I think they had 45watt bulbs. No room darkening curtain, only a rice paper light curtain covering window right above AC unit, so when AC was blowing, it blew open the curtain so room was exposed to outside grounds. Shower wall was deteriorating & patched with Gorilla Tape covering holes & taping wallpaper in place."

"You get what you pay for. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray, and I was greeted by a spider on my pillow. I ended up sleeping fully clothed because I wasn’t comfortable in the room. For the small difference in price, I’d recommend spending the extra $30 and staying at a better hotel."

"A clean, quiet, and cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff is friendly. Tea, coffee, and juices are available at any time of day or night. I gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 because the swimming pool was out of order, and the laundry service was also unavailable."

"Very nice people who work there-but the whole 2 elevator thing is annoying. Very poor set up. Also not a lot of food choices-but the restaurant they do have is nice-but very limited menu."

"Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great."

"Inn was quiet and staff did seem to want to help , however the White fitted bed sheet appeared stained with old sweat marks . Bed cover also dirty around some of the edges. Not all rooms had a microwave or fridge. Soap dispenser to wash hands did not work."

"You have to park two blocks away in a ramp and pay.. my car got broken into while I stayed two nights broke my car door lock that was the biggest downside the property itself is fine. The breakfast is good for a hotel."

"Great hotel near to downtown. Perfect for those who want a quiet place with easy access. The area is very walkable too."
