"Parking is easy and the Staff are very friendly, great location. My only negative would be that, pool needs a bit of updating."

"Everything was great. We had balcony room and were on 2nd floor so the Lakeview was more of a street view. If you want a nice view of the lake request a higher floor. We.went up to the roof.fpr a spectacular view of the lake. Most USB outlets did not work in the two rooms we had. There were ample 120v outlets available for charging however."

"As for the general ambiance of the Hotel, it was great BUT, in terms of NOISE it was very disappointing : surrounding noise, people shouting in corridors starting 7:00 AM . The overall issue was the location of the room we were given : aside/in-front of elevators, beside the main backdoor entrance, near vending & Ice machines ! Its not the 1st time we experience this issue but it always happen when we book through Expedia !?! So, If you can afford an extra amount of $, I advise you to book...

"I was surprised upon arrival tha t the hotel didn't really match my expectations for the 200 a night I paid. For my 2 night stay I expected housekeeping to at a minimum refresh the room and provide fresh towels. After a day of shopping and visiting historical sights I was taken aback to find my room exactly as I left it. The walls are very thin as you can hear your neighbor without any problem. Heat in the room consists of a stand alone heater. Would I stay here again? Probably not."

"All staff members were nice and helpful. The woman working the breakfast area on Monday 4/20 was especially accommodating and helpful. Front desk staff was also kind. Public areas and my room were all clean and comfortable. Zero complaints :)"

"It is more like someone’s timeshare apartment than a resort. Online check in, use mobile phone to communicate. Be aware! You need to take out your own trash and NO housekeeping services. They make you sign an agreement online before arrival, if you fail to comply their rules, you will be charged. Entire resort only us, then they stick another new check in next to our townhouse.
