"The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. "Breakfast was great! Lots of options. We had a few issues with our room, the microwave was broken, tv volume was going up and down sporadically. Called the front desk and they came and put a new microwave in the room and looked at the tv within minutes. Room service only comes every other day, had to call the front desk for hand towels, wash clothes and bath mat that were not replaced after they cleaned. "This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). "Hello...I was very impressed with just how beautiful the grounds were ..so close to a main road and at the same time it was quiet and the room was totally spotless. The bed was comfortable. Going home to New Jersey after our stay made the end of out trip wonderful. I was born and raised in that area and I never knew the hotel was there. I will tell my friends visiting New Hampshire about your accomadations. Thank you and we will surely visit again."

"I would like to start with the person who helped me at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Me and my boyfriend felt so uncomfortable that we slept on top of the blanket and I even put my own blanket down so I wouldn’t have to touch the bed. Our bathroom sink did not drain. "I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests."

"Property is unclean on the outside and you can tell they HAD to renovate but did the bare minimum to the rooms. Smelled like days old smoke in there and the tub wasn't even cleaned when we checked in. We didn't even bother checking the beds because we knew it wouldn't be much better. The staff was ok no issues at all. Not in a very great location and we left after being in the room for maybe 5 minutes. Not a good motel and should steer clear of it."
