My only issue and it's not the properties issue, when arriving after 9.30 at night you can not get anything to eat which isn't great when you've spent the day travelling "

"I stay at 8 Spence every time I travel to Warrnambool, have done for many years and through two different jobs where I travel there often. The rooms are always spotless, the bathrooms are always super clean, the team are always so helpful. But the best thing is the BED!! Super comfortable so I get the best night's sleep. Cannot recommend 8 Spence highly enough, wish I had 10 stars to give. P.S. Love the new paint job guys, colour is awesome"
