"“We had a deluxe room”. You can tell the door to the room has been kicked in or broke into. They painted over it. However, the door was secure. Dirty walls. Paint stained on the furniture in the room. Marks on the headboard from previous damage. No curtains. Old blinds. If you’re looking for a place on the boardwalk close to the downtown area and don’t mind the room only being a sleep and shower place. It’s okay. It was the tiniest hotel bathroom I’ve ever used. The staff were super helpful and polite. You have to pay for parking but they have multiple lots."

"It’s a great place to stay the issue was the extra “parking pass fee” $67 to park in a parking lot … like come on we paid 500 a night it wasn’t cheap and it doesn’t come with a parking pass… it wasn’t a covered lot and it wasn’t a valet parking so it just annoyed me and I also was thinking of staying another night and the lady at the desk said there was plenty of rooms available but she couldn’t help just adding a night to the same room or moving us to a different from day 1 so it could be a continued stay so we would have had to check out at 11 and then move the car and came back and check in at 4 so clearly that wasn’t happening we wanted an added day not to do all that Other then those 2 issues it’s a great place and we stayed there last year too"

"This was the perfect location on a quieter section of the boardwalk. Even though it is a “2-star” hotel, it had everything we needed for a two-day stay. Our room had two double beds for two people. If we had 4, it would have been crowded. Balcony faced the ocean/sunrise and the curtains appropriately kept out the early light. Ed’s were comfortable with 4 pillows! (Better than the Princess Royale later in the week!)"

"We enjoy staying at this hotel. Convenient to the boardwalk and beach. Pools are nice but pool temp was chilly! We enjoyed our breakfast at the view. My only complaint was that there’s only 2 elevators and the restaurant Spain on the top floor is super popular so as a hotel guest at many times during our visit we were left waiting a very long time for an elevator. I also wish they offered an area to rinse the sand off after the beach. Otherwise it was a great stay and we will be back."

"Check in was awesome - we got there early and only asked if we could park and look around. However, Martesha was so friendly and gracious and called to see if our room was ready. We were able to check in, get settled and enjoy the beach early. We were on the 6th floor, but the view looked straight out over the ocean and was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. We traveled with two children and each day, aside from the eggs, supplied a different offering - pancakes, french toast, waffles. Of course, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, assorted donuts and breads and more were on the menu as well. It was a great way to start each day without having to drive anywhere, although the hotel is walking distance to a few other places as well. We were pleased with our stay and definitely recommend. "

"The place was filthy, the pillows were dirty and stained with mold the room was smelling like mold, the refrigerator was rusted and barely working the bathroom hinges and door knobs all rusty. The front door knob was loose and wobble. The window had no curtains only blinds and lights outside property were on all night made hard to sleep with bright lights on, the ac was very loud each time it turned on. There was no water in the room the next afternoon after checking in. You could hear everything from the outside and next door guests. The price is extremely high for this place which is very nice, neither is ocean front. This is by far the worst experience I have had staying at a hotel. I never give feedback to places I stayed at but this one is total ripped off. I wished I had read the reviews before booking my stay but unfortunately didn’t spend the time to do so. So disappointing for the price I paid almost a $1k for 3 days"
