"The wifi was spotty and did not consistently work in the room, casting on the TV did not work at all. At some point the smell of cigarettes and weed could be smelled in the room. Fire alarm went off randomly during the afternoon and staff did not contact anyone to tell them what was going on or did not let anyone know if there was an emergency or if it was a false alarm, they left people to their own devices and didn't say a word about it unless asked. If you plan on coming to stay here, don't bother to come with a car during the weekends as the parking lot is packed and hotel guests do not have a place to park when the restaurants get full. For the amount I paid for the room, I had higher expectations for my time there. "

"Absolutely nightmarish system needed to access wifi, essentially making wifi useless or so hostile that it's preferable to pay for data overages. Recommend contracting an IT professional to create a system where guests can just scan a QR code to access wifi for the duration of their stay. Totally unacceptable to not have accessible internet for guests in 2026. Everything else was fantastic, with the minor complaint that it was 50/50 if my garbage cans had trash bags in them on any given day."
