"The building and rooms are definitely a bit outdated. However, the location and parking are what makes this our go to. We have stayed here a few times now and will probably continue to return. The bathrooms are a little odd how they are set up, but the beds are nice and comfy. The room was overall very clean."

"From the moment I entered the lobby, it was clear this property was not being properly maintained. The floors were dirty and littered with trash, and the same conditions continued throughout the stairwells (there is no elevator). When I opened the door to my room, I was immediately hit with a foul, unpleasant odor. It only got worse from there. Most of the lights in the room didn’t work, and after finally finding one that did, I was horrified to discover multiple cockroaches crawling on both the floor and the walls. At that point, I immediately left the room and went to the front desk to request a refund. Rather than showing concern, the staff responded with denial and an unprofessional attitude. I ended up sitting in my vehicle in the parking lot while I contacted Hotels.com customer service. Thankfully, they took the situation seriously and were able to relocate me to another hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The cleanliness issues, presence of cockroaches, non-functioning lights, and poor customer service made the property completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here."

"Grandkids had a great time. So it is a fun family friendly place but not a cost family friendly place. The $20 plus tax parking fee was excessive and we feel parking should be free. Lockers available to store your things in the pool area if you are willing to pay the fee. Thankful that the towels in the pool area were no additional charge. Food choices are good and the food was good just be prepared for the high prices. There are lots of other activities for kids to do but you need to be willing to pay the $60-80 per child per activity to do them. Our advice is to go there with a very specific plan and have it all detailed out with your kids so they understand plan."
