"Beautiful hotel and view"

"Wake up to a magnificent view of Mt Kinabalu just infront of our unit. They could improve on the water system. The unit we stayed has no hot water and the pressure was very low. I was freezing cold after a cold shower. Other than that we loved the place and enjoyed our stay. "

"We stayed at Johnson Villa and the View from that villa was supernice, the kitchen utensil provided were good and almost everything was perfect. But they should improve in terms of hanging place for clothes and towel. At the same time, 3 of the dining chairs should be replaced since it easily broken and may be dangerous to the customers."

"The lodge was not properly maintained n lack some basic facilities. Kitchen not properly equipped. Blankets not of decent quality. Water heater not sufficient to provide a decent hot shower. Flooring uneven. Overall poorly maintained. "

"Excellent view nd quiet place to stay, the rock and gravel road conditions to the property need to be improved. the chimney for the fireplace, some doors nd window locks need to be fixed. nevertheless we still enjoyed the stay nd will come again next time."
