"The staff was extremely friendly. Beach access was convenient. Close to stores, restaurants, coffee, etc. Room was nice but bathroom could have been both updated and cleaner. Old tub and fixtures instead of walk-in shower. Shower head needed a good cleaning. It was listed as 2 queen beds (I could not get a king) but honestly the bed seemed more like a double than a queen. My husband and I were not very comfortable. Additionally, I was surprised upon arrival when access to the room was external like a motel. However, it did appear that most properties in this area were like that. It was loud as well with the bars and lives music in close proximity. I mention these things only because I felt the nightly rate was high considering these items. For the price I would have expected a bit more. I would consider staying here again but would book earlier for a king and a balcony room. "

"The resort was great and beautiful. The only odd thing we experienced was getting a knock at 11:30pm while we were watching a movie and security brought up a noise complaint. Which is odd since we were just talking and watching a movie and outside there was people having a good time so maybe it was a mistake."

"This Ramada Inn needs a visit from the corporate office badly. Our room was disgusting. The baseboards and the walls were filthy. No fan/ventilation in the bathroom. Someone was screaming at her kids in the next room and the walls are so thin. The hot and cold are switched in the shower. Honestly, we could have had the exact same experience at a Motel 6 for half the price. The staff is nice, but the rest of it is a no go for me. It's mind boggling that they're renovating a restaurant onsite given the condition of the hotel it's in. "

"The cabin was like new, super clean! The staff onsite is very helpful and friendly. We didn't cook much, but did make a few things. The stove has 2 burners and there are a couple pots and pans to use, and dishes for 4 people. there is also a krups type coffee maker and a kettle that plugs in to make hot water. There wasn't anything to drain noodles for spaghetti so we just pulled the noodles out of the pot with utensils. No oven so don't plan on backing anything but we didn't plan on it so no big deal to us, just letting guests know in advance. For TV you need to hook up your own device or enter your account information and password to access streaming, but we didn't watch TV so it wasn't a problem for us, seemed straight forward but you need to bring that information with you. Check in was online, watch for the email a day or 2 in advance to get through before you arrive, The doors are keypad locked and you will get an email with the code. Overall, it was a great value in our opinion, very clean and met our needs perfectly, and will probably return to this location if we travel here in the future. "
