Excellent hospitality. Lovely staff who are very helpful and courteous. Beautiful establishment and spaces. They actually cleaned when you called for house keeping, not just tidied up. The food and drinks were very tasty as well. Great amenities. Loved and very much enjoyed my stay here.

Great staff and excellent amenities, very helpful with anything you may need. Literally anything I went and bought a bunch of fruits from the market and they took it and chilled it and gave it to me cut and ready without me even asking if they can, they went out of their way to do that. So yes this place is amazing especially the staff

This is a gorgeous property, the staff didnt miss a beat with service. I was so pleased.with everything. The food was exceptionally good with great service. The live music was impressive. We didnt have time for the spa but it looked very nice and the prices and menu were excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel.

As a solo traveler I often find larger resorts can be/feel quite isolated - Bambootel made every effort to make me feel welcome, couldn't do enough for me and very often we're happy to stand and have a conversation about my day etc... all the staff were fun, I'm very often quite inquisitive about my life rather than me asking questions about theirs all the time... 10 out of 10 for hospitality, couldn't have asked for a better service.

An absolutely stunning property! I woke up to the beautiful rice fields and was able to enjoy my morning coffee in a beautiful outdoor bamboo living room. It was unreal. The staff went above and beyond and were amazing! The restaurant was elegant, beautiful and dining options plentiful. I would definitely stay again!!!!

I really like the indoor outdoor living. Beware there will be bugs. Hornets, bees, roaches, ants, and lizards. They clean daily which is nice. It’s in the middle of no where. They did an amazing job on my flower pool as well.

This was my absolute favourite stay in Bali. Bambootel is a luxurious, boutique, serene and romantic experience. They truly take care of you from start to finish, and they care about making your experience the best it can possibly be. They learn your names and make you feel like a VIP the whole time. We did the private movie and supper night, Balinese massages, and floating breakfast in our villa. All three were the epitome of extraordinary and special. I would highly recommend all three! Our villa was spotless and we were so pleased with the cleanliness. The restaurant had amazing cocktails and fantastic food. The resort feels extremely safe and like you are in a small little community away from the business of the world. Highly recommend this stay. Can't wait to come back someday!

I had an absolutely incredible time here! The staff was so attentive, kind and truly some of the best service I’ve ever had. I traveled solo and the staff was checking in on me as well as sharing more about themselves and their culture which was just so wonderful. The food is delicious, the gym was great for a quick workout and the airport transport made the experience so seamless. The actual architecture of the villas being made out of bamboo was just stunning as well as the views for the rice terraces. I also did a complimentary yoga class which the instructor was so patient and incredible as explaining yoga and the importance of it. I also arrived on the Thursday and did the cultural dinner which the traditional food was just delicious whilst seeing the traditional dancing. Lastly, the villas themselves are so well equipped with all necessary toiletries, towels, robes, comfortable beds, radio and all you could need to have a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Unique experience and relaxing feel. This is as close as you can get to nature while staying in a comfortable resort. During our stay we had a frog jump down from the ceiling of our bedroom on to my face, very exciting to say the least. Dining options is alright if your stay is short but longer than 3 nights can feel limited. The property condition feels a bit warn down maybe due to its location and condition it endures; our faucet was loose and sink with it’s connecting pipe was leaking for two days but it got really bad they had to come fix it. In addition, the pool heating didn’t seem to work properly and it was cold when we checked but they came to fix or turn it on. Would recommend if you don’t mind some of the down sides while enjoying the positives.

벌레 많다는 피드백이 반영 되었는지 방역이 너무 잘 되어 있어서 그 어떤 곳보다 쾌적하고 청결했습니다. 객실도 정비 너무 깔끔해서 머리카락 한 올 없었고 컨디션도 관리 잘 되어 있어요. 오랜만에 자연 소리 들으면서 묵을 수 있는 최고 숙소였고 레스토랑 니니 너무 맛있고, 음악 공연하는 밴드 가수는 브루노마스처럼 감미로웠습니다.

발리 객실 중 머리카락 하나 없는 가장 깨끗하고 컨디션 최상의 객실임. 우붓에서 좀 멀리 있긴하지만 직원들이 매우 친절히고 객실마다 바틀러 서비스가 가능해서 너무 편함. 수영장 수질, 온도, 뷰 빼 놓을 것 없이 너무 만족했고 붙어있는 객실 구조지만 조용했음. 밤에 반짝이는 수영장과 쏟아지는 별이 너무 인상깊음. 그리고 니니 레스토랑 모든 음식 다 맛있음.
